LA BRASSERIE

Facing the Dents du Midi, home cooking inspired by the valley, in the warm, easy-going atmosphere of a brasserie.

Home cooking, the spirit of a brasserie, and our village around
your table.
The menu follows the market and the season. It changes when the valley does.

The meat

Aged with patience, cooked simply.

Tender cuts prepared simply: a selection of top-quality aged meats, chosen each week by the chef. Fresh from the Vallée d’Illiez, from the peaks to the pastures.

The Josper grill

Live embers, simple cooking. The fire does the rest.

The wines

A list that travels across landscapes.

From the sunny terraces of the Valais to the famous Lavaux, between lakes, hillsides and mountains, the list pays tribute to the women and men of the vine. Every bottle tells of a meeting: a year of careful work, season after season.

And under the dining room, Le Caveau, the vaulted cellar, keeps the best. Open in the evening, by reservation.

Desserts

Homemade tarts, dark chocolate fondant, brioche French toast.

Desserts here are made in-house. And the brioche French toast has a place of its own: the one you order even when you’re full.

The bar

The bar where the village lingers.

A drink at the bar, a coffee on the way back in, a few tips for tomorrow. The bar is also our reception and our concierge desk, and often the best place to find out where to ski or hike the next day.
